Our founder, Gabriel “Gabe” Saul, saw meal kit services changing the way people cooked at home—but kosher households were being left out. As someone who keeps kosher himself, he understood the challenge: finding quality ingredients, planning meals, and making time to cook, especially when the nearest kosher store is miles away.

JChef was created to make that everyday experience simpler.
